Apex applies "One Operation Zero Defect" to our Logistics systems. We leverage our relationships with proven national logistic networks to supplement our critical spare pool stock with Just-In-Time parts. This enables Apex to provide parts within a radius of 50 miles to most zip code locations throughout the US.

To assure success on-site and again following the concept of "One Operation Zero Defect," all Sites are spared appropriately to the level of the customers needs. We keep logistic and support centers in the areas close to the customer and as required we provide on site spares

We use an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that coordinates the call center, dispatch, logistics, tracking, reporting, and billing for our customers. Our spare parts logistics system shows real-time inventory levels and locations. It also tracks the shipment and delivery of individual parts, allowing us to see the status and location of each inventoried item.

We are able to perform Warranty lookup functions on most major manufacturers to provide best possible pricing tied to manufacturer warranty status. Apex leverages our partner relationship with BancTec to access multiple in country parts supplier service centers
