Although process and strategy play a very important role in the delivery of lifecycle maintenance support solutions, a primary element of success is the quality of the personnel performing the work. Our support staff have many years of experience in both hardware and software support. Apex has a very high personnel retention rate, including employees with over 20 years of technical experience within the organization. Our high retention rate and employee satisfaction is directly attributable to our company culture and attitude towards employees. By treating our employees fairly and fostering an environment of challenge, opportunity, and growth, we have maintained a technical retention rate unparalleled in the support industry. This positive environment is taken to each customer account and service call, every day. We strive to identify and work with delivery teams and other partners whose philosophies and personnel practices are consistent with ours.

Apex training policy requires that all support and engineering team members attend regular training and maintain all applicable certifications. All support staff must maintain A+ certification and carry manufacturer's hardware certifications from all leading OEMs.

Currently our support organization and personnel have hardware, advanced network operating system, and other certifications as listed below. Should customer require validation of certifications required to support this engagement, Apex will provide such evidence upon request.
